With a background in photography, marketing, and communications, she brings a unique approach to every project, blending luxe content creation with heart-led strategy. Mariah doesn’t just manage social media – she transforms it into a powerful business tool, helping brands feel seen, confident, and unforgettable.
Driven by intentionality and quality, Mariah is a collaborator at heart who thrives on bringing people together, whether crafting a content day, curating an event, or capturing the soul of a client’s story. Above all, she is a mom (with one more on the way!), a doer, and someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. Her world is filled with family, good coffee, meaningful connection, and creativity that moves.

Madelyn
Madelyn is a natural creative with a passion for crafting engaging content that connects people to their audiences. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on storytelling, she specializes in creating content that not only resonates, but also leaves a lasting impact. In addition to her content role, Madelyn owns a photography business with a focus in weddings, brands, and lifestyle photography. She is driven by humans, relationships, and connection.
When she's not working, Madelyn enjoys hiking outside with her dog Luna, working out at local fitness studios, trying new restaurants, spending time at her family cabin, and anything by the water.
Creative Content & Client Coordinator
Sage
At Heim Agency, Sage brings her love for storytelling into the design process—using visual expression to evoke emotion, shape brand identity, and build meaningful connections with audiences. Whether it’s through campaign concepting, brand visuals, or any hands-on creative work, I’ve seen how design can leave a lasting emotional impact. When I’m not designing, you can find me practicing my Blackjack skills, making my dog, Ollie, dance for my TikToks, and singing every song that pops into my head.

As our Creative Content & Client Coordinator Ava blends her love for photography, storytelling, and community into every project. She’s passionate about helping brands feel seen through authentic, elevated content.
